We started out in 1992 simply trying to help local businesses sell their products using Direct Mail. We had 2 employees and a simple set of business policies:

  1. Have one customer per business category - to ensure 'our' partnership provides you with a competitive edge.
  2. Answer the telephone after 5 PM - to ensure you have answers to your questions.
  3. Be honest and fair - treat you (our client), suppliers and staff with honesty and respect.
  4. Use ingenuity - we think about your company and we'll tell you what we think.

We haven't strayed from those roots. However, we have grown in capacity, expertise and technical ability. Nor have we wandered from the best practices in Database Marketing. The foundations of DM have not changed much in the past 50 years - and Direct Marketing has always been able to provide you with measurable results. It works - and it's profitable.
